02 - 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
03 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
04 - 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese (optional)

→ Vegetables & Herbs

05 - 1 ripe avocado, sliced
06 - 1 small cucumber, julienned
07 - 1 cup baby spinach leaves
08 - 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
09 - 1/4 cup fresh chives
10 - 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon or basil
11 - 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
12 - 1 small garlic clove
13 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

→ Pantry

14 - 4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas
15 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
16 - 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

# Method:

01 - In a blender or food processor, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, optional feta cheese, parsley, chives, tarragon or basil, green onion, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and vibrant green. Adjust seasoning to taste.
02 - Briefly warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
03 - Lay one tortilla flat and spread a generous spoonful of green goddess dressing down the center.
04 - Layer baby spinach, sliced chicken, avocado, cucumber, and additional herbs if desired on top of the dressing. Drizzle with additional dressing.
05 - Fold the sides inward and roll tightly to enclose the fillings. Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
06 - Slice wraps in half and serve immediately or wrap tightly and refrigerate up to 24 hours.

# Expert Pointers:

01 -
  • It tastes indulgent but actually packed with protein and vegetables, so you feel amazing afterward.
  • The green goddess dressing tastes fancy enough to impress guests, but comes together in under five minutes.
  • You can prep these ahead or throw them together on busy days when you want something homemade.
02 -
  • Don't skip warming the tortillas—a cold, stiff tortilla will tear as you roll it, but a warm one becomes almost elastic.
  • Slice the avocado last, right before assembly, or toss the slices in a tiny bit of lemon juice to keep them from browning.
03 -
  • Make the dressing thicker than you think you need—it will thin out slightly when it sits on the vegetables and warm tortilla.
  • If your wraps keep tearing when you roll them, they're not warm enough—the cold tortilla gets brittle, but warmth makes it forgiving and pliable.
