# Method:
01 - In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chives, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and uniform.
02 - Lay each spinach leaf flat on a clean working surface.
03 - Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of the herbed cheese mixture onto the center of each spinach leaf.
04 - Distribute a few strips of julienned carrot and red bell pepper evenly over the cheese layer.
05 - Carefully roll each spinach leaf, folding the sides inward to fully enclose the filling.
06 - Fasten each wrap with a toothpick and top with a cherry tomato for a decorative touch.
